Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies, to support field staff and project managers across national sites from a base site. The role focuses on coordinating construction processes to ensure quality, schedule adherence, cost control and safety, with a strong emphasis on documentation and closeout activities.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, up to 1 year of construction/project management experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year of construction/project management experience or related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts, plans, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, estimating and safety standards is preferred.
• PM training/experience and understanding of project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist PMs to manage scope, schedule, cost and safety to meet objectives.
• Assemble and maintain documentation for project commissioning and closeout.
• Support budgeting, billing, scheduling, cost reviews, purchase orders and status reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and capture progress with photos as required.
