ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies based in San Antonio with national travel. The role oversees multiple projects from start to finish, including bids, design, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, contracts, and team coordination, with a focus on low-voltage systems and safety compliance. Travel to project sites is REQUIRED, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of project management experience with solid PM training.
• Minimum 2 years of PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy) or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, materials, estimating, costing, power, lighting, designs, and OSHA regs.

Aufgaben

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from planning to closeout, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Prepares and manages project documents, schedules, estimates, invoices, change orders, and submittals; maintains logs and reports.
• Secures subcontractors via standard agreements; obtains permits; procures materials and negotiates with vendors for pricing and availability.
• Leads start-up meetings with field operations and attends project update meetings to monitor scope and schedules.
• Partners with the team to conduct site inspections and safety audits, ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety standards.
