Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Tech Business Development Manager to shape the growth of its video network advertising business.

You will develop multi-year revenue strategies, align cross-functional teams, and forge strategic partnerships to maximize advertiser value and expand market reach. You will work with senior leadership to design go-to-market approaches, analyze market trends, and craft compelling business cases for new revenue streams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of professional or military experience.
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Knowledge of the AdTech industry (e.g., Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs).
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Responsibilities

Build and own multi-year revenue growth strategies that align with market opportunities, reduce revenue concentration, and maximize advertiser value across all inventory types, locales, and deal types.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth for Amazon's video network advertising business.
Forge and manage relationships with key supply-side partners to enhance Amazon's video network advertising offerings and expand competitive positioning.
Negotiate and execute partnerships that drive innovation, scale, and mutual value for advertisers and partners.
Design and execute fill rate optimization strategies across products, including tech stack improvements and activation across customer-facing teams.
Partner with Engineers to implement data-driven solutions that enhance ad delivery and maximize revenue potential.
Create product bundles and offerings that deliver compelling value to advertisers and supply-side partners across buy types.
Lead Amazon's video network pricing strategy, balancing advertiser needs with platform profitability and long-term growth.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify and evaluate revenue opportunities across the video network portfolio.
Develop comprehensive business cases for streamlined advertising offerings and new revenue streams, ensuring alignment with Amazon's video network strategic priorities.
