Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs, processes, and release schedules.
• Knowledge of the AdTech industry (Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs).
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
• Experience leading long-term, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and own multi-year revenue growth strategies across inventory types, locales, and deal types.
• Align cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive growth.
• Forge and manage relationships with supply-side partners to expand advertising offerings.
• Negotiate and execute partnerships that drive innovation and value for advertisers and partners.
• Design and implement fill rate optimization strategies across products and teams.
• Partner with Engineers to use data-driven solutions that improve ad delivery and revenue.
• Create product bundles and offerings delivering value to advertisers and supply-side partners.
• Lead pricing strategy balancing advertiser needs with platform profitability and growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop business cases for streamlined offerings and new revenue streams aligned with priorities.
