Amazon.com Services LLC’s Twitch team seeks a Senior Tech Business Development Manager to drive multi-year revenue growth in advertising across markets, aligning cross-functional groups and negotiating partnerships to expand monetization opportunities on Twitch.

You will lead strategic initiatives with senior leadership, model financial impact, and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to grow advertiser footprint while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the AdTech industry (Ad Servers/SSPs/DSPs).
• Experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and own multi-year revenue growth strategies across Twitch’s advertising portfolio.
• Align cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive growth.
• Forge and manage relationships with supply-side partners to expand offerings and positioning.
• Negotiate partnerships that drive innovation, scale, and mutual value for advertisers and partners.
• Design fill rate optimization strategies across products and activation with customer-facing teams.
• Partner with Engineers to implement data-driven solutions for ad delivery and revenue.
• Create bundles and offerings delivering value to advertisers and partners across buy types.
• Lead Twitch’s pricing strategy balancing advertiser needs with profitability and growth.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities across Twitch portfolio to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop business cases for streamlined offerings and new revenue streams.
