Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Tech Business Developer to drive adoption of Amazon Connect Decisions across enterprise customers and to build a scalable partner ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end business development and partner strategy, engaging executives to demonstrate cloud-native decision intelligence and delivering joint pipeline with system integrators and consultants. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience building or managing partner relationships (system integrators, consultancies, or technology partners)
• 5+ years of technology/software sales experience

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Decisions in your territory
• Develop account strategies for Fortune 500 organizations, mapping stakeholders through the C-suite
• Lead customer discovery and advisory engagements translating business pain points into ACD solution architectures
• Build, manage and scale the ACD partner ecosystem; develop joint go-to-market plans and enable partners
• Develop partner business plans with measurable outcomes and revenue targets
• Run partner enablement activities to build self-sufficient partner delivery capability
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline; deliver forecasts and close deals
• Collaborate with AWS field sales to identify opportunities within existing accounts
• Create thought leadership content positioning AWS as a leader in enterprise decision intelligence
