Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Tech Business Developer for Amazon Connect Decisions. You will own end-to-end business development and partner strategy in your territory, engaging VP to CFO-level decision-makers to demonstrate cloud-native decision intelligence advantages.

You will recruit, enable, and co-sell with system integrators and domain partners, building a scalable go-to-market engine.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
Experience negotiating and executing business agreements at enterprise scale.
Experience building/maintaining partner ecosystems (SI, consultancies, tech partners).
Ability to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Proven track record meeting revenue targets and quotas.
Experience selling technology/software solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Own go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Decisions in territory with complex planning needs.
Develop account strategies for Fortune 500 organizations and map stakeholders to C-suite leaders.
Lead customer discovery, translate business pain points into ACD solution architectures.
Recruit, enable, and co-sell with system integrators and domain partners to scale pipeline.
Develop partner business plans with measurable outcomes and joint revenue targets.
Run partner enablement activities and build a self-sufficient partner delivery capability.
Create technical proofs-of-concept and pilots with Solutions Architects and product teams.
Collaborate with AWS field sales to identify and qualify opportunities within existing accounts.
