Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience building or managing partner relationships (SI, consultancies, tech partners).
• Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
• 5+ years of technology/software sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Decisions in your territory for enterprises with complex planning challenges.
• Develop account strategies for Fortune 500 organizations, mapping stakeholders to C-suite.
• Lead customer discovery and advisory engagements translating pain points into ACD solutions.
• Build, manage and scale the ACD partner ecosystem with SI and domain partners.
• Develop partner business plans with measurable outcomes and joint revenue targets.
• Run partner enablement activities to build delivery capability.
• Create and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasts and closed deals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and product teams to deliver pilots.
• Create thought leadership content positioning AWS as a leader in enterprise decision intelligence.
