PwC in New York seeks a Senior Manager to provide Tech/AI counsel, guiding IP, data, and tech-law decisions for internal stakeholders and business priorities. You will translate complex issues into actionable options while coaching team members and maintaining regulatory vigilance.

You will draft and negotiate technology contracts and IP licenses, analyze AI use cases for risk, and collaborate with technology leaders to protect assets and drive responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with bar admission.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in technology/IP law.
• Experience advising on regulatory, risk, and business priorities.

Responsabilités

• Advise internal stakeholders on technology and AI legal matters with regulatory and business implications.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, IP agreements, and licenses.
• Analyze AI use cases to identify legal exposure and practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written guidelines on patents, trademarks, copyrights, data, and digital tools.
• Translate complex requirements into clear recommendations for technology teams and leadership.
• Guide teams through evolving technology law and regulatory developments.
• Coach junior staff on legal analysis, document review, and issue spotting.
• Develop IP strategies to protect assets and support commercialization.
• Prepare reports and briefs summarizing risks, options and next steps.
• Model sound judgment in prioritizing issues and managing multiple workstreams.
