Qualifications

• At least a Juris Doctorate degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising internal stakeholders on technology and AI legal matters, including regulatory considerations, risk issues, and business implications.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts, intellectual property agreements, and licensing terms.
• Analyzing intellectual property and AI use cases to identify legal exposure and support practical solutions.
• Conducting legal research and preparing written guidance on patents, trademarks, copyrights, data, and digital tools.
• Translating complex legal requirements into clear recommendations for technology teams and business leaders.
• Guiding technology law matters through changing business needs, emerging tools, and evolving legal developments.
• Coaching team members on legal analysis, document review, and issue spotting across technology-focused matters.
• Developing intellectual property strategies that support asset protection, commercialization, and portfolio management.
• Preparing reports, briefs, and other legal materials that summarize risks, options, and next steps.
• Modeling sound judgment when prioritizing issues, escalating matters, and managing multiple workstreams
