White & Case LLP in New York seeks a Manager, Innovation & AI to drive the firm’s technology strategy and AI adoption. You will partner with lawyers, staff and clients to implement contract automation, transaction management and AI tools across matters.

The role requires extensive legal tech experience, strong consulting skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global firm. The position offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD a plus; extensive practical experience in legal tech is valued.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a firm, legal department or legal tech company.
• Strong knowledge of AI-enabled and automation legal technologies and applicable best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Advise lawyers, staff and clients on effective use of technology and AI in matters.
• Manage selection, implementation, rollout and adoption of technologies, with emphasis on AI.
• Coordinate with technical staff, procurement and matter teams; test new tech and provide feedback.
• Own operation management of live client-facing programs and ensure delivery quality.
• Analyze usage metrics and drive improvements; travel may be required.
