Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in technology transactions and data privacy.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in good standing; CIPP/US or CIPM desirable.
• Translate technical concepts for executives and non-legal partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex technology agreements and DPAs/BAAs/ISAs.
• Lead negotiations for AI-related tech contracts, SaaS, licensing, and services.
• Draft end-user and vendor contracts for AI technologies and data reuse.
• Review security exhibits with cybersecurity teams to align with standards.
• Advise on evolving data privacy and AI laws.
