Job summary

You will draft and negotiate contracts for AI vendors, software licenses, SaaS, and IT services, while advising on risk, data protection, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate has JD and 5+ years of experience, with both law firm and in‑house

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of five years of legal experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology‑related agreements.
• Experience advising on technology procurement, information security, privacy, and AI‑related legal issues is preferred.
• Experience engaging directly with IT, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements including AI vendors, software licenses, SaaS, and IT contracts.
• Partner with Information Technology, Information Security, AI Operations, and admin teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Advise on legal issues relating to technology implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and vendor risk.
• Develop and deliver practical legal guidance and training on technology contracting and governance.
