PwC is seeking a Tech/AI Counsel Senior Manager to guide internal teams on intellectual property and technology law, translating complex issues into practical options.

You will lead negotiations, provide risk-based recommendations, coach colleagues, and shape IP strategy across patents, trademarks, copyrights, data, and digital tools.

This role requires a JD, at least 6 years of IP/tech experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across regulatory, risk, and business priorities.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate and 6+ years IP/tech law experience.
• Ability to draft and negotiate technology contracts and IP agreements.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise internal stakeholders on AI and tech IP matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate technology contracts and licensing terms.
• Analyze IP use cases to identify risk and legal exposure.
• Provide written guidance on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and data.
• Coach team members on legal analysis and issue spotting.
• Develop IP strategies to protect assets and portfolio.
• Summarize risks and options in reports for leadership.
• Navigate regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations.
• Lead complex work and manage multiple workstreams.
