Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advising internal stakeholders on technology and AI legal matters, including regulatory considerations, risk issues, and business implications
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts, IP agreements, and licensing terms
• Analyzing IP and AI use cases to identify legal exposure and support practical solutions
• Conducting legal research and preparing written guidance on patents, trademarks, copyrights, data, and digital tools
• Translating complex legal requirements into clear recommendations for technology teams and business leaders
• Guiding technology law matters through changing business needs, emerging tools, and evolving legal developments
• Coaching team members on legal analysis, document review, and issue spotting across technology-focused matters
• Developing IP strategies that support asset protection, commercialization, and portfolio management
• Preparing reports, briefs, and other legal materials that summarize risks, options, and next steps
• Modeling sound judgment when prioritizing issues, escalating matters, and managing multiple workstreams
