Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Tech/AI Counsel at the Senior Manager level to provide legal guidance on intellectual property related to technology and artificial intelligence, advising internal stakeholders and shaping practical solutions for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and digital innovation.

You will lead complex work, coach teammates, manage multiple streams, and translate legal issues into clear options while navigating risk, compliance, and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• At least 6 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience advising on technology and AI matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on technology and AI legal matters, including regulatory considerations and risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts and IP agreements.
• Analyze IP and AI use cases to identify legal exposure and implement practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written guidance on patents, trademarks, copyrights, data, and digital tools.
• Translate complex legal requirements into clear recommendations for technology teams.
