PwC is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Associate to advise on privacy laws and data protection regulations, helping clients implement privacy policies and AI governance within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. You will mentor junior teammates, analyze complex issues, and translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience.

• Support Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements into concrete controls.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including policies and briefing materials.
• Evaluate AI use cases across risk dimensions like privacy, fairness, and transparency.
• Collaborate with business, legal, risk, and data teams to adopt governance requirements.
• Advise on privacy laws, data protection regulations, and responsible AI requirements.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and document findings for privacy program development.
• Review policies and identify data handling gaps and update controls.
• Translate complex concepts into practical guidance for business teams.
• Interpret regulatory changes and assess impact on workstreams.
• Apply legal research to respond to privacy questions and incidents.
• Collaborate across tech, cybersecurity, and data functions to align protections with business needs.
