Job summary

Sorren in Idaho is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction advisory clients.

This role requires supervising engagement teams, communicating key issues, and delivering client-ready insights on earnings quality, working capital, and deal risk. Strong accounting judgment and client-facing communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in financial due diligence or related M&A advisory.
• 2+ years supervising engagement teams and managing projects.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; EBITDA adjustments and working capital concepts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence and QOE engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Review analyses, workpapers, and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to directors/partners as needed.
• Coach team members and communicate findings to clients and lenders.
