Job summary

Sorren is looking for a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction clients. This role oversees engagement execution, mentors teams, and communicates findings to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has substantial TAS experience, strong accounting judgment, and advanced financial analysis capabilities to translate findings into actionable recommendations. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in M&A, due diligence, or TAS.
• 2+ years supervising engagement teams and managing projects.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence and QOE engagements; scope, staffing, timelines, and client communication.
• Analyze financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and transaction data for diligence.
• Prepare QOE reports with normalized EBITDA adjustments and working capital considerations.
• Develop financial models and provide client-ready recommendations based on results.
