Job summary

Sorren is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction advisory clients. The role manages engagement execution, supervises teams, and communicates key issues and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial due diligence/transaction advisory.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and managing project execution.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and transaction accounting considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements.
• Review analyses, workpapers, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders; manage multi-workstream engagements.
• Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
