Sorren, Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for middle-market transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA preferred; CFA or MBA viewed favorably.
• 5–8 years in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related M&A services; 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements, including planning, staffing, timeline management, budget tracking, and client communication.
• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent engagements while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Review team analyses, workpapers, and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify key diligence issues, financial risks, and transaction considerations and communicate findings to engagement leadership and clients.
• Drive projects to timely completion while maintaining exceptional client service and engagement quality.
