You will manage engagements, supervise teams, and deliver actionable insights for deal evaluation and closing. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in transaction advisory with strong accounting judgment, advanced financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in financial due diligence or TAS; M&A exposure.
• 2+ years supervising teams and managing project execution.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, EBITDA adjustments, working capital comprehension.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Able to communicate complex findings to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day due diligence engagements including scope, timelines, and client communication.
• Supervise associates and review workpapers and deliverables.
• Identify risks and key deal issues and elevate to leadership.
• Develop analyses to support purchase price negotiations and closing.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
