Job summary

Sorren, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side and sell-side clients, lenders, and other advisory work.

You will oversee engagement execution, mentor teams, and deliver client-ready insights on earnings quality, working capital, and deal risks. The role requires significant TAS experience, strong accounting judgment, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior management and private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of transaction advisory, Quality of Earnings, TAS, or related M&A experience.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and managing project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence and QOE engagements, including scope, staffing, and budgeting.
• Manage multiple engagements, review analyses, and communicate findings to directors, partners, and clients.
• Prepare QoE reports with normalized EBITDA adjustments and working capital considerations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support transaction evaluations.
• Lead client discussions and coordinate with management teams, lenders, and PE sponsors.
• Supervise and mentor associates and peers, supporting professional growth.
• Contribute to proposals and practice development initiatives within TAS.
