Job summary

Sorren is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction advisory clients. This role requires overseeing engagement execution, supervising teams, and delivering insights on earnings quality, working capital, and deal risks.

The ideal candidate will bring transaction advisory experience, strong accounting judgment, and the ability to translate complex findings into client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in financial due diligence or TAS with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience supervising teams and delivering client-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements.
• Review analyses, reports, and deliverables for accuracy and engagement goals.
• Communicate findings clearly with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to support deal negotiations.
• Coach and develop junior staff across multiple workstreams.
