Job summary

Sorren seeks a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction clients. You will manage engagements, supervise teams, and translate complex financial findings into client-ready recommendations.

The ideal candidate brings strong transaction advisory experience, sound accounting judgment, and advanced financial analysis. Hybrid work and collaboration with lenders and PE sponsors are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in financial due diligence or transaction advisory.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements, timelines, and budgets with client communication.
• Review analyses, identify risks, and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Present findings to senior management and transaction stakeholders.
