Job summary

Sorren, a leading national advisory firm, seeks a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side and sell-side clients, lenders, and transaction advisory engagements. You will manage engagement execution, supervise teams, and translate complex financial findings into clear client-ready recommendations.

The ideal candidate has substantial transaction advisory experience, strong accounting judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in financial due diligence, QOE, or TAS advisory.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and managing project execution.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and understanding of EBITDA adjustments.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial due diligence and QOE engagements across client deals.
• Supervise associates and managers, review workpapers and deliverables.
• Identify engagement risks and communicate findings to directors and clients.
• Develop clear analyses to support purchase price and closing decisions.
• Lead client discussions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to practice development and cross-team collaboration.
