Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a world-class Technical Account Management team that supports our SMB merchants post-sale.

You will guide the TAMs toward best-practice solutions, advise merchant developers and product teams, and drive technical success throughout the lifecycle. As part of the Engineering Team, you’ll work with Client Success, Product, Operations and Merchant Care to ensure merchants’ priorities are met,

Qualifications

• At least five years in a B2B customer facing technical role.
• Three years as a people manager.
• Strong background in web development and REST APIs.
• Computer science degree or professional engineering experience.
• Excellent relationship builder with engineering customers.
• Strong communicator advocating for customers internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchant networks post-launch.
• Establish and track team OKRs and proactive action plans.
• Forecast TAM demand and recruit as needed.
• Evaluate new hires on technical capabilities and guide integrations.
• Advocate for merchants across functions to meet priorities.
