Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit with a remote-first culture. You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) supporting SMB merchants through the entire integration and expansion lifecycle.

You will guide engineers, product teams, and business partners to ensure technical success and maximize the value of Affirm’s product suite. You will recruit, forecast demand, evaluate candidates, and advocate for merchants across cross-functional teams, while maintaining a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a business-to-business customer-facing technical role.
• Three+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchant network and optimize product adoption post-launch.
• Establish and track OKRs; create proactive plans to meet goals.
