Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company building honest credit for merchants. In this role you will lead a world-class Technical Account Manager team focused on our SMB merchants, guiding their technical success from integration through scale.

You will mentor TAMs and work with Client Success, Product Management and Operations to optimize solutions for customers. You will forecast TAM demand, recruit as needed, and establish team OKRs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a B2B customer-facing technical role.
• Three years of people management experience.
• Strong background in web development technologies and REST APIs.
• Computer science degree or professional engineering experience.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with engineering customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TAMs to support SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow the merchant network and optimize time-to-market.
• Set and track team OKRs and proactive action plans.
• Forecast TAM demand and recruit as needed.
• Provide guidance on integrations, troubleshooting and optimization for customers.
• Advocate for merchants across functions.
