Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Manager of Technical Account Managers to lead a team supporting SMB merchants post-sale. You will coach TAMs, guide technical integrations, and collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to optimize outcomes.

You will establish team OKRs, forecast demand, and recruit as needed, while acting as a trusted internal and external advocate for merchant priorities and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical role.
• Three+ years as a people manager.
• Strong background in web development and REST APIs.
• Excellent communicator with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop TAMs for SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchant base and optimize post-launch success.
• Set and track team OKRs; forecast TAM demand and recruit when needed.
• Guide technical integrations, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Advocate for merchant priorities across functions.
