Job summary

The World’s Identity Company is hiring for a Technical Account Manager to lead strategic, long-term engagements with Auth0 deployments across consumer and SaaS applications. You will coach customers on identity maturity, collaborate with executives and practitioners, and guide security posture evolution.

You will manage multiple accounts, drive adoption, and align roadmaps with customer objectives while delivering measurable value in a hybrid London/Paris setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total IT experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or similar in identity/security.
• Fluent in French and able to communicate with French-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices.
• Learn customers' business deeply to align identity strategies with goals.
• Build long-term relationships with developers, engineers, product owners and executives to champion Auth0.
• Conduct regular customer meetings with executives to review value, progress, and roadmaps.
• Conduct regular customer meetings with technical practitioners on identity solutions and best practices.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement, addressing risks and escalations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to increase adoption and uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Act as a product evangelist informing customers about new features and roadmap alignment.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence company strategy.
