Beacon Hill is assisting a multi-state bank in West Lake Hills, TX, by sourcing a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and oversee core workforce processes. This is a hybrid role with onsite onboarding and limited remote days.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in talent acquisition and HR operations, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in ATS, HRIS, and compliance. The position collaborates across HR and business units to support hiring excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or HR operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to align hiring with business priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools.
• Own position management and contractor administration processes.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records; report on metrics.
