Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or HR operations experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels.
• Experience with workforce processes such as position management and contractor administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, and leadership roles across the Bank.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to align hiring with business priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with external talent sources.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and support compensation data administration.
• Oversee position management and contractor onboarding/offboarding in a compliant manner.
• Draft and govern job descriptions and ensure alignment with approved role expectations.
