Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner in Austin, TX. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, and leadership roles across the Bank's IT and business functions, while also owning key workforce processes like position management, contractor administration, and job description governance.

The role interfaces with HR leadership and business partners to ensure compliant, efficient hiring, analytics, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce administration, or related areas.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels.
• Experience with workforce processes such as position management, contractor administration, job documentation, or related activities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR leadership, and others to align hiring with business priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidate pools.
• Build relationships with external sources to support recruiting visibility.
• Provide labor market insights to support hiring plans.
• Manage candidate communications and experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation for compliance.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support job offers with data inputs and documentation.
• Own position management activities and contractor-related processes.
• Draft, update, and govern job descriptions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate compensation data administration in recruiting processes.
• Ensure smooth handoffs with HR Operations for hires and workforce transactions.
• Maintain employee swag inventory during onboarding.
• Provide backup support for HR processes as needed.
• Participate in process-improvement projects to strengthen recruiting and governance.
