Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and key stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent.

You will develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates. The role supports building a workforce of highly capable, top performing talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting related technology.
• Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail, with the ability to train and upskill team members.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent.
• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates.
• Support the Bank’s people strategy by building a workforce of highly capable, top performing talent.
• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage.
• Lead and upskill Talent Acquisition Specialists on sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
