Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process, partnering with hiring leaders to attract top talent. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You’ll lead and potentially develop a team, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate across the Bank to support its people strategy and strong talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building diverse talent pipelines with various tools.
• Advanced ability prioritizing and executing multiple searches with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Design recruitment strategy with senior leaders to meet hiring needs.
• Source active and passive candidates from diverse channels to build pipelines.
• Guide leaders on candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and OFCCP requirements; lead reporting.
