Farm Credit Bank of Texas is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Partner in Austin, TX. This role leads full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles while guiding workforce administration and governance within HR.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and executives to attract top talent and drive workforce planning across multiple states. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in talent acquisition, experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting tech, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce administration, or related fields.
• Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families and levels.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, digital, information technology, systems, data, or leadership roles.
• Experience administering workforce processes such as position management and contractor administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and execute recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies using platforms, referrals, outreach, and networks.
• Recruit for highly specialized positions, including technology, cybersecurity, and data roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, institutions, and external resources.
• Provide market intelligence, candidate availability insights, and talent trend data.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting in compliance with policies.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Support offer development and compensation data inputs.
• Manage position administration and contractor workforce processes.
• Draft and govern job descriptions aligned with org structures and responsibilities.
