Qualifications

  • ADP, Paylocity, and/or Ashby experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Personally manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate review, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment requirements, and hiring follow-up.

  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including required employee and system data entry.
  • Maintain accurate employee information, documentation, HRIS records, and compliance-related processes.
  • Provide frequent follow-up with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and internal partners to ensure activities are completed accurately and timely.
  • Assist with executive scheduling, Talent Success projects, employee communications, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide responsive individual support when employee or manager needs require personal attention.
  • Use AI, ATS, HRIS, and automation to improve sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Identify repetitive manual work that can be simplified or automated while maintaining appropriate controls and human oversight.
