Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Elevation to co-own enterprise talent strategy and drive execution across a 45,000-person organization. You’ll shape frameworks for calibration, succession, and workforce planning while partnering with executive leadership to operationalize programs across multiple brands.

You will travel to centers to understand brand needs, lead cross-functional teams, and build scalable talent solutions in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years owning enterprise-level talent management programs.
• Experience designing talent reviews, succession, and performance systems in large, distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Co-own enterprise talent strategy with VP, Talent Strategy & Elevation and translate it into multi-year roadmaps.
• Own operational spine: calendars, toolkits, governance, readiness checks, analytics, and cross-brand execution.
• Lead partnerships with L&D, HR Operations, and HRBPs to deliver programs across brands.
• Travel regularly to centers to learn brand nuances and build field relationships.
