Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Partnership Manager for KinderCare for Employers. You will lead strategic partnerships to bring childcare services to organizations, engaging C-suite executives and managing a multi-state sales territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of direct experience selling solutions or services in a multi-state territory or region.
• Established relationships with corporate decision makers and/or experience selling to businesses within the assigned territory preferred.
• A successful track record of driving new business transactions with an annual quota of $1M+.
• Experience with CRM systems, territory planning, and forecast management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Manage the full 2–18-month enterprise sales cycle using consultative and solution-based selling methodologies to drive new, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
• Build and leverage relationships with C-suite executives and key decisionmakers to communicate value, generate demand, and secure new business.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term territory and account strategies while monitoring competitive, policy, funding, and regional market trends.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contractual terms, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and sales forecasts while providing timely updates to sales leadership.
• Represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and regional events, managing associated travel and marketing expenses to maximize ROI
