Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with leadership and drive talent acquisition across the organization. You’ll optimize hiring strategies, screen and interview candidates, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering measurable improvements.

In this role you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, campus programs, and online platforms to attract top talent. This position requires the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and may involve some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to design recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates across experience levels.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws.
• Manage recruitment budgets for events and tools.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to inquiries.
