Spectrum, a leading communications provider, seeks a senior recruitment leader to drive talent acquisition strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with leadership to address workforce needs.

In this role, you will develop strategies, optimize hiring processes, and ensure compliant, data-driven staffing across the organization. You will guide recruitment initiatives and mentor team members to achieve hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of HR or recruiting experience required.
• English reading/writing/speaking required and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, driving productivity and growth.
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track activity and process effectiveness.
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate pipelines and manage requisitions.
• Guide team meetings and adoption of new initiatives; support individual career development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations and maintain audit-ready records.
• Analyze recruiting data to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Source, recruit, screen and select candidates; improve staffing quality and meet headcount targets.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
• Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes
• Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
• Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
