Charter Communications is seeking a recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across the Spectrum brand. You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate job fairs, and ensure compliance with EEO/FCC requirements while partnering with hiring managers to fill roles.

You will implement sourcing strategies, manage ATS records, and help onboarding for new hires in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years recruiting/staffing experience.
• Experience evaluating and prescreening candidates in high-volume environments.
• Familiar with ATS and EEO/FCC compliance and monitoring internal compliance.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Functional Team Leaders and HR Director to determine hiring requirements.
• Evaluate and prescreen candidates through interviews, tests and references.
• Source candidates via referrals and advertising campaigns.
• Write and post job advertisements and postings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and inquiries from employment agencies.
