Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to own the design and execution of how Coinbase selects and evaluates talent at scale, shaping the strategy, systems, and processes that keep our hiring engine running with the highest quality. You will sit at the center of this work and lead cross-functional initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or related field.
• Proven track record managing concurrent cross-functional programs.
• Experience designing structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks at a tech company.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology or psychometrics preferred.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecard design and structured interview methodology.
• Drive change management and adoption of new programs across teams.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on criteria.
• Shape methodology by researching new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
