• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or talent operations.
• Experience designing interview frameworks and scoring rubrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with structured interview methodology and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive change management and adoption tracking for new selection frameworks.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria.
