Job summary

Ralliant in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent to lead the operating cadence for the talent leadership team. You will project manage the annual talent cycle, develop executive-ready analyses, and align initiatives with corporate strategy.

This role offers exposure to multiple career paths within HR and growth at a public company. The ideal candidate holds an MBA or related master's, with 5+ years in talent management or organization effectiveness, and strong skills

Qualifications

MBA or master's degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent management, planning, or organization effectiveness.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and visualization skills.
Finance literacy with P&L, cost center, accruals, and headcount planning.
Ability to produce executive-ready materials and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Maintain the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team, including reviews and KPI tracking.
Drive program management for the annual talent cycle and key projects.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive-ready insights.
Support the systems behind talent management and coordinate knowledge base.
