Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Director, Talent Management & Planning to lead our talent operating system and ensure delivery of talent strategies across all populations. You will bring data-driven rigor to talent decisions and partner with executives to simplify processes that leaders use every day.

You’ll own the annual performance cycle, calibration, succession, and workforce planning, building a forward-looking plan with clear metrics and accountable leaders.

Qualifications

• Deep talent management experience at enterprise scale.
• Systems thinker with credible executive presence.
• Ability to assess talent with rigor, judgement, and strong analytics.
• Strong business and financial acumen linking talent to business strategy.
• Excellent communicator capable of polished materials for senior executives.
• Courage to uphold talent standards even when unpopular.
• Hands-on operator with bias to action in ambiguous environments.
