Job summary

Ralliant in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent to run the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team and help deliver commitments on time and within budget.

You will partner with senior HR leaders, manage the annual talent lifecycle, build executive-ready analyses, and bring structure to complex talent challenges, supporting growth at a newly public company.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's in HR/IO psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of talent management, planning, or organization effectiveness experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization.
• Finance literacy: P&L, cost centers, accruals, and headcount planning.
• Ability to create executive-ready materials and explain analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate cadence & budget for the Talent leadership team and KPI reporting.
• Drive program management of the annual talent cycle and priority projects.
• Synthesize data into executive-ready insights and scenarios for leadership.
• Partner with HR Technology and Operations on systems behind talent work.
