Job summary

Accord Healthcare US in Raleigh, NC seeks a Talent Development Manager to design, implement, and evaluate leadership and talent development strategies across the U.S. and Canada operations.

The role partners with the VP of HR and L&D teams to craft innovative talent solutions that build leadership capability and strengthen organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead leadership programs, emerging leader initiatives, performance management enhancements, and coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
• Strong experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs.
• Strong experience using digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
• Experience with leadership development frameworks or behavioral assessment tools (Insights, MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development strategies across the organization.
• Lead Emerging Leader Development programs and coaching initiatives.
• Develop performance management philosophy, processes, metrics, and tools.
• Create career development resources and succession planning support.
• Develop and scale talent initiatives across regions with global teams.
• Measure program effectiveness via feedback and business outcomes.
