Job summary

TalentoHC seeks a Senior Talent Practice Leader to drive growth and profitability of a client-aligned Talent Practice. You will manage business development, client partnerships, and delivery of high-value talent solutions, while leading recruiting teams to achieve sustainable results.

You will own the full cycle from identifying opportunities to expanding existing relationships, focusing on revenue, profitability, and client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent solutions across full 360° lifecycle.
• 3+ years leading, developing, and coaching recruiting professionals.
• Experience managing practice performance, revenue, gross profit and forecasting.
• 2+ years owning complex customer relationships with land-and-expand success.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and building strategic client relationships.
• Expand partnerships, scope searches, and develop account strategies to increase retention.
• Lead and coach a high-performing recruiting team with clear expectations.
• Own practice performance including revenue, gross profit, and productivity.
